FGIA has been coined a “boutique agency” because we do things differently. We have an entire department dedicated to training. Founder, Tyler Fussell, doesn’t believe in putting an agent out there without having them fully trained to help seniors. We really strive to make sure that our agents are well-trained, and that when they go into a senior’s home that they understand and explain the process of what we’re going to do with them. They explain the products and even offer to meet with family members to talk to family members so that not only the senior, but the family member is comfortable with the agent as well.
